No problem. We'll book a free 30-minute call to learn about your business and where you hope to be in the short and long-term. From there we can offer recommendations of what to invest in based on your goals and resources. Sometimes we offer those services, and other times we'll refer to you to other experts in the areas you need support.
Yes! Our services start as low as $125. We have worked with companies big and small and want to be able to support businesses of all size with excellent services. If you're working with a small budget we will prioritize recommendations based on the impact to your business, and even offer training services so you can learn to run things yourself expertly.
Absolutely! We offer training on key areas of marketing and e-commerce to help small businesses operate affordably. From setting up a product in your store to the run-down on how to manage email marketing, we're proud to support business owners with new skills to achieve their goals without relying on agencies or expensive contractors.
Yes! We offer audits and strategy consulting services to evaluate your current structure and workflows, and offer insight into opportunities to improve. We'll create a comprehensive audit of the areas you've requested, and provide detailed, actionable recommendations organized by the impact it can have to your business. You can either take these away and work on them yourself, or hire our team to get them done effortlessly.
No. We work with businesses of all kinds. From professional services like legal and accounting firms, to freelancers and creatives, to online and physical retail stores we have experience in marketing across industries in both Canada and the United States.
It depends! We typically build a new or fully redesigned website over 4-6 weeks, but we also offer rushed services with turnaround in as little as 1 day. If we're just making tweaks, refreshments, or if you already have a lot of the website content prepared like copy and imagery, we can usually get something done within a week. Yes! Hollie is our resident design expert and loves to craft unique and stunning brand concepts. From a logo redesign to a full brand package including colours, fonts, graphics, and style rules - she can do it all. You likely have already seen her work with brands you love ;)
We're very into data! We measure and analyze the results of all client work using a variety of data sources. The more information a client can give us access to, the better we can measure and report results. If you don't already have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in place, we will create them for you and explain why they're meaningful and worth measuring.
Great question - it depends! Every brand is different and it's challenging to promise results. Instead, we evaluate where your brand currently is, determine a strategy to employ to reach your goals, and set clear benchmarks and performance indicators we expect to reach.
Once work begins, we carefully measure and evaluate results - communicating them to clients regularly - and adjust our tactics as needed to reach our goals.
